Optinn operates Portico. Each credit is $99. The main house uses one credit up to 2,500 square feet, two from 2,500 to 4,500, and three above that. Each additional building uses one more credit. You spend credits when you confirm an order. Credits stay on the account until they are spent or returned.

A tour is a visual walkthrough so you can picture the house. It is not a construction document, a survey, or a model to measure from. Proportions follow the drawings. Exact dimensions do not.

You confirm that you have the right to send the plans. We use them only to build and deliver the tour. The private link is yours to share, and yours to turn off.

Unused credits can be returned. A credit spent on an order can be returned before that order moves to In Progress. Write to hello@optinnmarketing.com.
