What we keep.

An account holds your name, email, password, credit balance, and orders. Plan PDFs, inspiration photos, and the finished tour are stored so we can build the walkthrough and so you can open it later.

Plan files are private. The walkthrough is private too, except for a link you choose to share. That link is unguessable, and you can turn it off. We do not sell plans, addresses, or account data.

Payments go through Stripe when it is connected. Email goes through the provider you configure, such as Resend. Files sit on this server until you point storage at S3 or a compatible bucket.

Address suggestions are requested from a public geocoder as you type. The address you keep is the one saved on the order.
